It's one of my favorite places! Perfect view, delicious food, good coffee and a nice selection of beers and wines at reasonable prices. The music is hip, so when you're young, it's perfect when you're old, you feel young again. If you are in Valparaiso, you need to see the cerro artilleria and it is a great view of the port, and if you are there, you cannot miss this cool cafe/restaurant. View all feedback.

Food was OK For the price. What it makes this place amazing is the VIEW!! This Victorian blue house is 'hanging from the hill ',restored with an open floor plan. Staff is friendly.
Great service, delicious food and a beautiful view of the Valparaiso bay.
