What User doesn't like about Chui Yin:
Chifa menu South American style Chinese food. The owner is from the Pearl River Delta, so we ordered special. He got us some machas and scallops from the seafood market with a couple days' advance notice. I'm not sure what Chifa cooking is like here, but elsewhere in Latin America it's pretty poor. Probably one of the few traditional Chinese foods left in Valparaiso, everything is handmade and with real flavor. Those who want, rolled and other appetizers notice that they are manufactured here and that makes a big difference.
