Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure! This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!

Every now and then we decide to try a restaurant near Rome, and in this case I have to say it was definitely worth it. The place is very charming and well-decorated. The outdoor cave, where you can eat on summer evenings, is very charming. The service was courteous and attentive throughout the evening. Moving on to the menu, one of the things we enjoyed most was definitely the sweetbreads (excellently cooked and paired beautifully with tomatoes and asparagus). The first courses were also very good: the traditional dish, rice with chamomile, goat's cheese, and wild herbs, was definitely worth trying. The spaghetti cacio e pepe, which is softened by the acidity of the bergamot, was also very good (in my opinion, a little more could have been added). The pork ribs were very tender and well-marinated. We particularly enjoyed the hibiscus petal consommé of the guinea fowl breast. The quality/price ratio was more than satisfactory considering the quality of the ingredients used. Overall, a very positive experience.
