Mashed potato with the skin still on and no seasoning, just cooked in water, no taste, sweetbreads without any sauce, certainly cooked in water too or I don't know how? CANTEEN PLATE!!! Nothing cooked. Starter and dessert: pâté and fromage blanc with honey from the supermarket. What a shame and sacrilege, well-prepared sweetbreads are so good and it's an expensive dish all the same!!! You absolutely don't know how to cook!!!!
