Customers report disappointing meals featuring undercooked entrees and stale sweets, highlighting inconsistency in service and poor customer interactions. While some patrons appreciate the array of Indian spices offered, others caution against potential overcharging. Despite a few positive experiences with specific menu items, the restaurant struggles to maintain the standards that once earned it a loyal following, prompting many to seek alternatives for their culinary needs.
