Papa Johns - Valley Stream

Many times pizza gets delivered cold and opened or burnt. Best if ordered and picked up. Could be better.

I ordered a New York style pizza from this restaurant. When it was delivered, I opened the box and discovered that my pizza had no crust, only two slices. I called the store manager and he informed me that New York style pizza does not have a crust. I questioned why two slices had crust while the others did not, and pointed out that the picture on their menu showed a crust. The manager blamed the busy kitchen and said the oven must have removed the crust. I argued that it was not my fault and that I had paid for a pizza with a crust. He promised to send me another pizza, but after two hours, I still had not received it. I am disappointed and will be contacting their corporate office to file a complaint. This is unacceptable.

The boneless chicken was not good at all. I didn't enjoy it. Next time, I'll go for the regular wings instead.

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni throughout, but there was barely any pepperoni on it.

I paid two dollars for two sauces, but the containers were barely full. Some parts of the pizza were burnt, and despite asking for extra sauce, there was mostly just cheese with very little sauce. The service was terrible.
