Tequilas - Valley Center

Tequilas is undoubtedly my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Wichita area. The food is consistently delicious, flavorful, and served hot! I've never had a disappointing meal here. The owners and staff are always friendly, which adds to the great atmosphere. Even if you’re not in Valley Center, I truly believe it’s worth the drive. They offer margarita specials on Thursdays and Saturdays, and they are absolutely delightful! I usually dine here once a week, sometimes twice, simply because Mexican cuisine is my favorite and it’s so good! My go-to dishes include the fajitas alambre, quesadilla azteca, steak tacos, al pastor tacos, and regular fajitas. I also enjoy their burritos, various quesadilla options, and the chimichanga. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Tequilas Mexican Restaurant in Valley Center! We started with chips and salsa, and they were among the best I've ever had. My husband chose the beef taco and beef enchilada combo, served with rice and refried beans. I’ve never been a fan of refried beans, but I absolutely loved theirs. I opted for a shrimp taco and a fish taco along with the rice. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! We will definitely return!

The food is tasty, and I absolutely love the hot sauce you have to request—it's delicious! However, I have my doubts about the margaritas; they seem quite weak and overly sweet, and I'm not sure they actually contain any tequila.
