I also loved the way the restaurant was decorated with interesting artifacts and lighting. Even the teapot and cups were interesting.

All vegetarian or vegan. The Mint salad is a must and there is enough ough for two. Portions are very generous. Food was very fresh and tasty. My meat-loving son loved his meal (veggie tacos and pad thai). We would return if we are in Waitsfield. And unlikr some of the hyped places in the area, Mint takes reservations.
