Nice spot in Waitsfield! All vegetarian or vegan. The Mint salad is a must and there is enough ough for two. Portions are very generous. Food was very fresh and tasty. My meat-loving son loved his meal (veggie tacos and pad thai). We would return if we are in Waitsfield. And unlikr some of the hyped places in the area, Mint takes reservations.
We had a table of 4 and was very accommodating with all the different likes for our food taste it was excellent something I don't make at home and we all enjoyed this great meals
My husband and I love Mint! We are not strict vegetarians but the food at Mint is so creative! Everything is local, seasonal and fresh.
This restaurant in Waitsfield is a great find! They offer only vegetarian or vegan dishes. The mint salad is a must-try and the portions are large enough to share. The food is fresh and delicious, and my son loved his veggie tacos and pad thai. We would definitely return if we were in Waitsfield again. Unlike some popular restaurants in the area, Mint accepts reservations.
