We ordered the 16-piece meal, wh... read more My wife and I have tried many KFC locations, from Michigan to Arizona, but this particular KFC has made us reconsider our list. We ordered the 16-piece meal, which lasted us three days. The chicken was just as I remembered from my childhood—crispy and not drenched in oil. I only wish they could share their techniques with the KFCs in the northern and western regions, as their quality has declined, especially with their biscuits. Who is to say they didn't touch the food with their hands. Poor customer service. Would not recommend the place to anyone!
