This is definitely a rating that is impacted by the consistency and reliability of their food. Because I have gone here a lot it is also a reminder of home and warmth.I have gotten the sushi a few times, and some other bowls, but the star of this review is the beef don.Beef Don: 10/10This bowl is such an amazing combination. It's hot and just fills you with a warm and happy feeling especially on the winter. The egg and beef are so flavorful together with all the juices of the onions. The juice of everything together drips down onto the rice making it moist and adding extra flavor. The chicken don does not have the same rating because the chicken soaks up a lot of the juices and can be dry. Here, the is flavor everywhere, and I love it! A must try for sure! Before you know it you'll be craving it too!Unagi Don: 9/10The unagi Don is extremely good as well. The sauces that is on the unagi is amazing and makes the rice less plain.Spam masubi: 9/10I love spam masubi and will always get one here. It tastes like any other spam masubi and they make it fresh! I will caveat that sometimes the seaweed can be a bit soggy from the heat of the spam and rice.I've gotten the sushi here too and it's pretty decent. You can now do takeout by ordering on the phone, or by walking in and ordering at the register. They also have a few tables for dining inside. Everything is always done to order, so sometimes it takes some time.Overall, Suruki's will always have a special place in my heart. The staff are so nice, and it's a local restaurant that deserves a lot of credit!

Although I opt to go to other places, this is closer to my house so, I decided to order online and pick it up as I was craving sushi. Ordering online was easy and I didn't have to wait long to pick it up. I ordered 1 spam masubi, vegetable tempura, the Doug special and decided to try their beef curry plate. First, I very much appreciate how they packed everything. I especially like that they plastic wrapped the beef curry plate so that it wouldn't spill- THANK YOU. I know it probably seems like it's no big deal, but it does mean a lot to me lol the roll could use a little less sauce but other than that their food is delicious! I would return and recommend.
