What an amazing Michelin experience! Incredibly professional and tasty restaurant in tiny Vall Dalba. The service was very classy, the tastes fantastic, the portions perfect (everyone was full and the olive oil was to die for (the chef gave us a bottle at the end! Miguel even opened his restaurant for us in a Monday (normally closed . We will be back for sure.
One of the best restaurants we have ever visited, and the Michelin guide agrees. The quality of the food is extraordinary and made with such love and attention to detail The service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Hugely recommended for that special occasion
We had the menu traditional and were seriously impressed with the quality and the inventive combinations. The tomato on a bed of some sardine-paste was most impressive. No wonder that the chef earned a prestiguous price with this recipe. The egg with local mushrooms was also absolutely tastefull. The sommeliers choice of the wine was excellent and included a locally produced red wine. All in all an unforgetable diner for a very reasonable price. A big thanks to the chef!
