The service was very classy, the tastes fantastic, the portions perfect (everyone was full and the olive oil was to die for (the chef gave us a bottle at the end! The tomato on a bed of some sardine-paste was most impressive. No wonder that the chef earned a prestiguous price with this recipe. The egg with local mushrooms was also absolutely tastefull. The sommeliers choice of the wine was excellent and included a locally produced red wine. All in all an unforgetable diner for a very reasonable price. A big thanks to the chef!
