Some other locations let you order a slice of avocado with a bagel since they don’t have any dairy-free options on the menu. However, this location insisted that I could only get avocado if I paid for a $12 sandwich. They wouldn’t actually be preparing or selling the sandwich; they would simply charge me for it. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It's a great spot for takeout, and I found the prices reasonable, averaging about $20–30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and ambiance all as a perfect 5 out of 5!

Overpriced and overrated. I bought a 'Signature Take ' chicken sandwich. The chicken was rather dry and it was barely what one would consider warm, like they put it in the microwave. The coffee is usually piping hot but this time it was bordering on lukewarm. Will try to avoid this place in future and just go to the hospital cafeteria.
