The only thing that felt genuine was the bottle of Coke. Everything else seemed to come straight from a package or box. The tortillas, taco shells, rice (which tasted like Zatarain's), beans, and cheese (from a bag) were all store-bought. The beef was bland, and the green sauce on the enchiladas appeared to be from a jar. I ordered the taco, enchilada, and tamale plate. As for the tamale... well, let’s just say it wasn’t impressive. You get the idea: NOT AUTHENTIC, NOT HOMEMADE! Not good at all...
I really enjoy the food and service at this restaurant. While it may be small, it is clean, comfortable, and well-remodeled. I often bring my friends and family here to dine on various occasions.
The food was incredible! The fajitas were outstanding, and the service was excellent!
