I give one star and why can't you give less. More than a month ago we reserved a room to sleep specifically from Saturday to Sunday and the owner made the reservation for us without any problem Today, the day of arrival, he calls us at 8 in the morning to tell us not to go because in the end he doesn't have the room available, how is it possible with the reservation for more than 1 month?
