The restaurant was just as... read more We discovered Wave restaurant when we were visiting Valencia a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we had to visit again this year. The restaurant was just as we remembered, small and basic but the food and service more than make up for it. The owner/chef explained to us that he is planning to move a new location next year that will give him more creative possibilities and we promised that we would search him out!
