Everything was delicious, the presentation of the dishes was super well cared for, and very tasty! The staff's treatment was impeccable, I loved the explanations of the dishes and the care they treat the product! I have many favorite dishes but I prefer calcots cooked in clay. I especially want to thank chef María José for the care she has taken with me since I cannot tolerate raw fish, adapting the cooking of her fish for me, I have felt super well taken care of! Thank you for your treatment and above all for the affection you have shown us since we entered the door of your restaurant. 100% recommended.
