Creative sushi/maki/sashimi that is so fresh and interesting. Too many restaurants throw ingredients together with the hopes of creating something exciting. Most of the time, that just doesn't work. At Kamon, everything is thought out carefully and the end result is a perfect melange of the most wonderful flavors imaginable. The servers are there when you need them, polite and unobtrusive. This is one of those restaurants that you leave feeling like you just experienced something special. A bit pricey, but when you put the whole experience together, you know you have spent your time and money well.
