It is a pity that I have discovered this restaurant too late. They have closed and moved to Bilbao. Really liked the fine style of legumes, peas and vegetable plates that I have had here, very elegant yet tasty.. amazing wine list with some great options from outside of Spain. Hope to visit them again in their new place in Bilbao.
Excellent evening. Charming staff. Delicious. We are looking forward to returning again. Definitely worth it.
A really dedicated and professional couple lead this restaurant . The food was very delicate and extremely well thought through using fresh local ingredients. Really enjoyable food in a lovely setting.
Among all the Michelin Bib Gourmands in Valencia, this is by far the best. It is a small intimate place for 12 customers with a team of 2 people (one in kitchen and one in front of Josue) so definitely needs to book way ahead. Superb value 6-course and each course was very refined both in flavours and texture. Friendly service and able to make a substitution course in the tasting menu for me. They transformed vegetable dishes into delicacies. If you are up for a rich course with satisfying flavours, go for the Madrid-style tripe. You won’t regret.
Very informal setting. All rustic simplicity achieved by strenous attention to detail from the family owners tending to this small place. Not too many options on the menu but everything very well conceived and done aiming for fine and original cooking. Wonderful tastes. Extra original wine list with some intriguing choices and some too original by half. From my pick, satisfying results. Portions are cheap but not large so the place is as expensive as your appetite. As the food and wine keeps bringing in pleasant surprises and you bask in the overall friendliness of the place you feel happier and happier so that by bill time you don't pay attention to it. Sorry for the gap
