In less than 24 hours, Pam sent me by email to confirm my order. She made the whole process easy and she quickly reacted with any question I had. I didn't even know the cupcakes were packed in a box with pretty ribbons and a birthday message until my friend sent me a picture when she got them! To cover everything from my friend, the cupcakes said the best she ever had and that she loved her! If you live in the area, I would recommend PV Sweets. I wish there was a company like this one in California!
