Hooters - Valdosta

We have patterned the shrimp cup, hot wings and kesefries; server were nice and prompt. nice gift shop!

The food was good. I haven't been to hooters for years. the menu was smaller than before. the load was clean and the staff was helpful.

The staff was friendly and polite. However, the bathroom and main floor were extremely slippery. Unfortunately, my child slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the slippery conditions. The toilets appeared to have been recently cleaned with bleach, but they were not wiped down properly. This ended up ruining my child's pants.

The service at this restaurant was not great. They advertised a specialty menu item of large boneless wings, but they did not have any available. It was strange that a restaurant known for their wings did not have this option. They also were not willing to accommodate substituting traditional wings for the boneless wings, even for an additional charge.

The bartender who finished her shift at 5:30 on Sunday, March 20th, 2022, embodied the true spirit of a Hooters Girl. However, her replacement, a young woman with freckles, provided subpar service and failed to properly clear debris. Instead of attending to customers, she sat on a bar stool, focused on her phone, and ignored our attempts to get her attention. I even jokingly suggested that she give us her phone number so we could contact her when needed, but she didn't seem to grasp the humor. Overall, her performance as a server/bartender was disappointing.
