They specialize in potatoes which sounds a little odd, but the food was delicious. I had potatoes tapas with cheese. Friends had “India” chicken curry. Table next to us looked like they had a wonderful plate of ribs. Family atmosphere.

They ran out of the wine we were drinking and offered... read more Went on a Sunday evening and were terribly disappointed. The tapas looked stale and the service was poor. They ran out of the wine we were drinking and offered to “top up” my glass with a different one. However we returned on a Wednesday afternoon and had a totally different experience. Delicious tapas, attentive staff and a great atmosphere. So I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and put the first visit down to bad timing. My advice would be avoid Sunday evenings.

Hadn't planned on eating here but the restaurant we were going to was closed so... read more We had a few drinks at this popular bar during a one-night stay in Valderrobres. Hadn't planned on eating here but the restaurant we were going to was closed so we came back and had a snack meal which was OK without being fantastic. The bar is very popular with the locals, the staff were very friendly and service very good. Even though a table of about 20 sat down just before us we didn't have to wait long to be served. Our waiter even ran after us to return a pair of glasses that we'd left on the table.
