The novil's staple is delicious, it's a slug since it's huge. homemade croquettes must be asked when booking by phone in a certain anticipation because they are homemade and make them one day for another. the solomillo prepare it wonderfully and the salads are for people even. there are homemade desserts and artisans. Very rich and sweet. the service is agile and the dining room is cozy. the waitress whenever we go they have treated us terribly to repeat without doubt
It is worth getting out of the general road and deviating at valdeolea to enjoy the authentic food and quality product offered by this restaurant. attention, great. the space, very cozy, and the measures fully respected.
Very cozy restaurant. with a very rustic decoration in harmony with the environment. Super homemade food, like home. The only thing is for my little drop. That's why I don't give him the points. also highlight the good treatment and attention received. We ate the menu of the day. very recommended the peppers filled with lamb and goat cheese and torrijas.
30th August 2021: Incredible!!! The quality of the ingredients is simply amazing!!! So even if it's all simple cooking, the result was just incredible. We ended up ordering 5 starters, a veal chop of 650gr as main dish and 3 desserts (all homemade) for just €57. We booked a table so we can go back in 3 days. It's now our favourite restaurant in the region. 2nd September 2021: We came back!!! Ordered most of the seafood starters and double portion of the fried eggs. They are eggs like I ate when I was little girl. You cannot find them in the cities anymore. Veal escalope was gigantic and so tasty. We were not disappointed and hope to come back soon again 9th September 2021: Our holiday is almost finished, so we went back to Casasola for having another lunch. We are again so pleased with all. Hope to come back soon again September 2022: We came back!!! We missed for a whole year of their fries and eggs. It's just so difficult to find a good egg with strong eggs nowadays. Casasola buys their eggs from a nearby farm. They are still so good. Nothing changed, the quality, quantity and value for money are just excellent.
It has it all: location in a magnificent environment, good house, very cozy interior, sympathy and friendliness in abundance, good food (we ate from the menu for €14), all in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, despite being full, it is not You don't notice the hustle and bustle of the service. Carolina is one of the waitresses we congratulated, she is Colombian and felt so comfortable there that she transmitted serenity and peace to us despite feeling sad because of the nostalgia for her country, but that she did not long to return. The owner didn't want to serve us because they were packed and when we told her that we were pilgrims on the forgotten path, she didn't think about it for a second. The menu was more than correct, and complete, there was fish, I ate lentils and schnitzel and was very satisfied, the desserts were also very good. Highly recommended and advisable.
