The wine suggested... read more A small restaurant with excellent food and pleasant environment. The meat I took (noix d’entrecôte) was perfectly cooked, excellent flavour. The wine suggested fitted quite well with the food and even got a nice explanation on the producer sustainability values and vineyards. For desert I took Chocolate mousse, a generous portion with an amazing taste -not too sweet, not too bitter. The restaurant was managed by only 2 persons, one at the cuisine and one serving the tables, but service was very warm and highly efficient. I surely intend to try again, on a next trip to Valbonne.
