Restaurant Subway - Val-d'Or

We ate there for lunch and had our regular sub. It was just like back home, so we diden't have any suprise. It was good as always.

Other than being Subway, where the menu is the same as the rest of Canada, this place is ok. However the communication can be a bit of a problem if you can;t speak the basics in French, such as bread etc. The problem with the subway restaurants in Quebec is that, when paying, they ask for tips. You need to specify f you don;t want to pay tips, otherwise they make you feel bad if you don't.

Fresh topping, good service, in the center of the city. In summer you can even eat in the park infront of the restaurant.

We went to the restaurant for lunch and ordered our usual dishes. It felt like being at home, so there were no surprises. The food was just as good as always.
