Every piece was so tiny compared to what it has been every other time. We could barely tell what The pieces were supposed to be. The fries were cold and mushy. Really not happy with the meal at all.

Additionally, the new emp... read more I frequently experience missing items in my orders, and they are often mixed up as well. The chicken served is cold, dry, and crunchy. Additionally, the new employees seem unsure of their tasks. It took nearly six months to replace a damaged drive-thru sign, which speaks to the poor management at this location.
