Ordering a pizza in Norwegian when you don't speak the language is a challenge but the lady who was serving us was fluent in English and was happy to design a pizza just for us. It was an excellent pizza and so large that it kept us going not just for that evening but for the two following lunches as well so excellent value (for Norway anyway ludicrously expensive by UK standards).
