I had ordered a mini nonveg meal from this restaurant through Swiggy. The food was delivered on time but the food didn't met my expectations. -The chicken taste... read more I had ordered a mini nonveg meal from this restaurant through Swiggy. The food was delivered on time but the food didn't met my expectations. -The chicken tasted absolutely stale. I first thought it was some flavour of the dish but with each bite it became worse to consume because of the taste. Not sure whom to question about this, the manager of this place or the chefs who deal with the food? -The gulab jamun included in this meal was undercooked. It just felt completely sticky from the inside. I can understand that running such a huge place requires a lot of efforts but that doesn't mean you should be compromising with the quality of the food of your customers. Tried contacting Swiggy with no response from their side either. Later they said they can offer a 30₹ coupon for my next purchase. Is this how such a big company deals with things? Requesting the owner/manager to kindly revert back at the earliest.

Finally, I would like to say that we should try not regularly but once a month or so.
