I did not spend $30 to get half of what I paid for.

When he handed... read more My husband ordered wings and was told it would take 15 minutes, which was fine. We parked and waited over 20 minutes, so he went inside to check. When he handed over the receipt, the woman simply said, "Oh," and gave a weak excuse about slow fryers. Then she asked him, "What do you want me to do?" Clearly, customer service is lacking at the Vacaville location. A simple apology for forgetting the order would have helped, as well as providing an estimated time for when the food would be ready. He did receive a refund because the employee showed no willingness to take responsibility for her mistake. When my husband said he planned to inform corporate, she told him to go ahead because she didn’t care. Either management needs to step up their presence or corporate should reconsider keeping her employed if she cares so little about customers.
