After reading the other great views of the restaurant, we were very disappointed. the dining room, although with vaulted ceilings, lack of atmosphere. the service was ineffective, inattentive and seemed to have nothing to know of the dishes. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, so we wanted to go to a special place. the service was good and everything started well, the mouth was a gaspacho, quite pleasant but not very exciting. the entries were a wrap at the langoustine that was very good. I ordered a carpaccio of beef, which was accompanied by a kind of fried bean and a strange curry ratatouille, it was almost 2 in 1! not awesome. There's too much going on! We wondered why the waiter didn't ask how my husband wanted his beef net to be cooked, it was because he was served the wrong meal, so I ate my lobster alone while the confusion was being rectified. The lobster was well-presented, mainly a Dutch sauce on half a lobster with slightly cooked green beans. When the steak came, I had finished eating very slowly, it was very pleasant and tender. should be for the price. We didn't stay for the desert.
All the potential rests on the chef who prepares good dishes, with good products. the situation is very good too, but it stops there. there is no terrace for dinner, the staff is efficient but very far below the expected level due to the prices (our server did not even understand our American tourist neighbours who asked him to take them in photo, instead of which he reserved them wine). the room is not very pleasant despite a very interesting vintage design furniture. Finally, prices are very above the market. a pity so because we eat very well but does it justify the movement and the expenditure?

Take a little wool. Your plate is served there, it is the discovery because unique plate and you don't know in advance what it contains. That says, it's succulent! quality products and very well prepared. lacks a sweet touch like a small verrine for example. 25€ the plate per person, the more the drink, it still makes a rather expensive dinner aperitif.
I ate there one night during my stay at the hotel. food was made with all local and high quality products. servers knew their wines and their food, which helped. very good choice for a gastronomic experience.
