We were instructed to park and wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook, but ended up waiting 25 minutes without anyone coming out to update us. I returned to the drive-thru to follow up on our order, and when we received it, the fries were soggy and there wasn't even any cutlery included in the bag. Thanks for the experience.

If you're looking for good service and quick food, I would recommend avoiding this location.

Perhaps I'm feeling nostalgic, but I really think their quality has declined, and their fries could definitely use some improvement. This particular location does have a drive-thru, which is convenient. Additionally, there is now a lot more competition in the fried chicken market. Many of our local restaurants have struggled due to COVID-19, so I encourage everyone to support them.

Me and my brother were waiting in this drive through, as we watched the sun set. It was light outside when we entered the drive through, and now it isdark out. I am writing this review 30 minutes into my waiting. Still haven?t gotten my food yet, they dropped the food so we hadto wait at the front for another 20 minutes. Cars either backed out of the drive through after sitting there for ten minutes, orthey would turn off their cars to save the gas.

Many other restaurants have opened up for in store dining and am not sure why this location still continues to keep things closed. Judging by theother reviews, the food and service also seems subpar. Looks like I didn't miss out much as there are other places in town.
