What User doesn't like about Jumbo Donuts:
I ordered a vanilla coffee at the drive-thru and tried to change my order after receiving the second item, but I was told it was already made. They hadn't exchanged any money, yet we still had to leave without our order. Rhoda is focused more on saving money than on customer satisfaction, which is disappointing. As a result, I'm giving them a bad rating. The coffee is fine, but the customer service is lacking. View all feedback.

For a small place they have a very extensive menu. I wouldn't recommend the croissants as they are very small and don't work well at all for sandwiches. They are tasty, just very small. They have great bagels, awesome donuts and a huge selection of coffee flavors. Service is pretty good as well.
