People like me, want to have a face to face service to order the meal and have a place to eat inside of a place. They tell us that we must go to one of the screens in the parking lot to order and eat in an external area were the parent go with their kids. We left the place and when to other restaurant. I went in on March 18 2024, I ordered some onion rings and when I receivedy order the onion rings we're burnt. So I then proceeded to go in side so I can talk to a car hop person and when I was asked if I got the wrong order I said no. I let the girl know that my onion rings we're burnt and had asked them to be golden brown. She then takes the bag and asks so you think these are burnt I said yes and she proceeded to asked me the same question twice. So when I asked to talk to a manager and asked if the manager that was dropping the onion rings was the manager all four young ladies that where standing there just looked at each other and not one of them answered my question so I asked again and again not one answered so finally one girl asked a second girl she wants to know if Brian i believe that's the name she gave not sure but anyways the girl said yes but then changed her answered and said no. I asked so which one is it cause you just now said he was and now your saying he's not.. The young girl did mention to me that i can wait in my car and they will bring my onion rings out to me and i did say no i will wait here she then proceeded to get on her personal phone and call someone i mentioned to them whats the diffrence i just saw a young man in here picking up his order and waited in the unit for his order so what diffrence does that make if I wait there for my order as well. . it really had nothing to do with the young girls it was all about the manager but this particular young lady wanted to be the hero and act as if she owned the place that made me upset. Sonic employees have no respect or morals they are not well educated on customer service. It was a .
The screens are always broken, or you can't use the card readers. Kids Taking your order are rude and don't know how to take orders correctly.
