What Wesley C doesn't like about Evett's -b-que:
3 bites of brisket (not exaggerating ! and 2 ribs for a $22 dollar plate. Completely flavorless dry fatty brisket, ribs were a dogs chew toy to eat. Beans were unseasoned and undercooked (at least they tried to cook them themselves! , green beans from a can. Honestly I’ve never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. Terrible.
My favorite BBQ place!!! ??? I love ordering their loaded baked potato ?
Brisket was great. Potato salad was different, unique I guess. Long line that moved fast. I will definitely be back.
I extend my sincere gratitude to you and your team for an exceptional catering experience during our Christmas dinner at Cecil Atkinson in Uvalde. The brisket, turkey, and sausage were all not only delicious but also a highlight of the evening. The quality of the food and the excellent service truly made our celebration memorable. Food was not good. Must have been an off day . But I will not be going back.
