This should be the standard for all reviews of Indian Spice. Over the past six years, I have consistently experienced excellent customer service, top quality food, and very high standards at this establishment. Despite being very popular and busy, possibly the best Indian restaurant in the area, the vibrant atmosphere can sometimes be overshadowed. However, the meals are always of very high quality, authentic, and delicious. The staff always provide a warm and genuine welcome, whether you are arriving or leaving. Thank you, Indian Spice, for your consistent excellence.

The food was of great quality and enjoyable, the customer service was excellent, and the pricing was good. The atmosphere was perfect. My father-in-law was surprised to discover that we had such a high-quality restaurant right in our neighborhood. It is the best in Staffordshire. Thank you, Craig Walker.

Once the meal arrived... read more Visiting after a few years, as heard good reviews. My main complaint was TVs everywhere, very low lighting making reading menus difficult. Once the meal arrived we were approached five times by different members of staff to ask if the meal was OK, once is fine but five times is annoying and you wonder if the establishment has no confidence in its food. Also asked three times if we wanted more drinks, once is enough. Food was OK nothing to stand out. The chicken Korai was bland and more like a mild balti. I mentioned this to the staff who seemed very disinterested in my comments. I don’t mind as I always do my complaining with my feet. When I come to pay it seemed awkward when I asked for an itemised receipt. No worries shall not rush back better restaurants located nearby.

I will not... read more The waitstaff were exceedingly impolite, particularly the blonde-haired server who was disrespectful and unhygienic by constantly touching the food. I will not be returning until they address these issues.
