This restaurant is always busy in the mornings. The menu has been updated since my last visit. The spicy misto I used to get is now tsukemen, unless I read the menu wrong. This time, I ordered miso ramen. It was decent, but the broth didn't quite meet my standards. I will give something else a try next time. View all feedback. This ramen shop seems to specialize in aged country-style miso. I ordered the limited edition stone-grilled kalbi ramen and 5 gyoza. First, the gyoza. They were chewy with solid fillings and overall very well done. By the time I finished the gyoza, the kalbi ramen was served.
