The vegan options, such as spring rolls with tofu or vegetables, baguette with tofu, rice with tofu, rice salad with tofu, and pfan cake with tofu, are all amazing. I heard that the Veggie-pho is made with non-vegan broth, so keep that in mind. They also have another restaurant by the canal with a larger vegan menu, but it is a bit more expensive. I would also recommend checking that out!

I tried the fresh spring rolls with sweet sauce, but I was disappointed as they were mainly filled with salad and lacked seasoning or crunchiness (I skipped the coriander because of its strong flavor). However, the rice cake with tofu was surprisingly tasty.

I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this restaurant. I would caution others against dining there as well.
