Mcdonald's - Utica

As an employee, I can confidently say that this McDonald's is a fantastic place to work because everyone here treats each other like family. A special thank you for the flowers you sent to Wyatt while he was in the Children's Hospital of Illinois. We truly appreciate all of you! Much love from Kayla and Sebastian, also known as Wyatt, the McDonald's love child! Lol.

I’m not sure if it was just the staff on duty during my visit, but this was the best meal I’ve ever had at a McDonald's. The fries were hot and fresh, and the burger was perfectly assembled. The customer service was outstanding. The young lady with purple hair truly exemplified excellent customer service. This location should serve as a model for how other McDonald's should operate. Kudos to everyone working there!

Fast, good and nice employees work, it is connected to a subway and Loves Truck Stop!! Parking is clean and it always seems to be a good place when I roll in here.

I don 't know if I 'm just so used to the nasty McDonald 's workers by my house or what, but this McDonald 's was such a success! It was super fast and absolutely delicious (2 20 piece nuggets (excellently crisped to deliciousness , 3 drinks, double cheeseburger meal, quarter pounder and an extra fry . I didn 't catch a name, but the female employee at the front taking orders was such a sweetie! She repeatedly apologized for having to do a little run around before bringing our order to he counter... It was less than 5 minutes! The only reason I wouldn 't be likely to visit within the next thirty days is because I am not located near this restaurant! (Other wise, I 'd be here due to this service! (Side note, my sisters grateful for that extra nugget ya gave her lol
