The 3 workers in the back were playing around instead of working. Took them 45 minutes to cut a croissant in half, scoop out pre-made chicken salad mix, and put 1 leaf of lettuce together. Absolutely ridiculous. I get a “I’m sorry for the wait” No refund, no offer of a pastry, nothing. Just a sorry with a smile. Definitely won’t be going back. Reason for 4 star, we... read more Absolutely a top 10 coffee for me, f'd up and asked for a change half way through and she said we'll make it this way. Absolutely perfect. Reason for 4 star, we are out of season for this place and they don't open until 9:30. It's a coffee shop, the locals I would assume start their day well before and the transients like us want to get going by 8. Change your hours to fit the clientele.
