We heard about Blake and Jen over 10 years ago when we were gifted their first cookbook. Living in NY made getting to Boulder, UT a challenge and we needed to schedule the time. Super fun staff — we... read more We stumbled upon this total gem. A foodie’s dream. Great wine and cocktail selection, solid and diverse menu with so many amazing choices. Super fun staff — we had Nick as our waiter. It was like visiting a perfect restaurant in a most gorgeous location. Only downsides are I guess one should make reservations (we were lucky or prepare to sit outside (they have blankets and heaters. Ps the road south is unbelievable gorgeous — do it in daylight for optimal views.
