the first time I saw this: the kebab is roasted over coal fire! this gave the kebab very tasty taste it is different from in Germany, but still a 10/10 would definitely recommend this if you are in the city: had also a very nice conversation with the cook about our trip View all feedback. Death by pot some Kebap shops do cut the meat in advance and store it in a metal box, were they keep it warm and ready for serving. If you keep it long enough there, you basically kill the flavor and destroy the texture. Happened to me, maybe if I would have asked for fresh cut, I would get the chance to appreciate the fact that it is prepared on charcoal, but like this it was your avarage generic D plate, as everywh...
