the first time I saw this: the kebab is roasted over coal fire! this gave the kebab very tasty taste it is different from in Germany, but still a 10/10 would definitely recommend this if you are in the city: had also a very nice conversation with the cook about our trip View all feedback.

Death by pot some Kebap shops do cut the meat in advance and store it in a metal box, were they keep it warm and ready for serving. If you keep it long enough there, you basically kill the flavor and destroy the texture. The best kebab. Make on wood and the smell is simply amazing!
For 130czk or 6$ you get large yet small (advertised as large) durum. The tortilla had burnt after taste, not too much meat, too much sauce, and like mentioned the portion is small. I've been in many other places for durum, every single one of them cheaper than this one and twice as big, barely can eat it in one sitting, after this one, I wasn't filled. Im only giving two stars for the fact that they use real fire and not gas burners like others. You can definitely get better and bigger durum for your money worth.
One of the best veggie kebabs I have had! They mixed falafel and cheese in mine. Combined with the creamy garlic sauce and some veggies, it was absolutely perfect! My BF had a kebab with beef and also loved it. Great spot and a nice service!
I have eaten quite a huge number of kebabs across Europe. Maidum's dürüm would be at the top of my list. Meat grilled on charcoal makes the taste outstanding. Come and try it.
Definitely best kebab i had in Czech Rep. Beautifuly smoked meat on coal. The sauces and pita were somehow average though.
