Schon weiterempfohlen und hoffentlich bald wieder!

Unfortunately you have to give a star. we waited about 5 minutes until someone comes to us when a young girl passes through, I wanted to order two beers. she so... read more Unfortunately you have to give a star. we waited about 5 minutes until someone comes to us when a young girl passes through, I wanted to order two beers. she somehow ignored us and heard strangers accented. about 10 minutes later, we asked another employee from whom we get the opportunity to order our beer. she said the girl “forged”. it is not fair for the place and other hard-working employees of a young inexperienced (or not willing to work there, maybe she has some problems with people from other countries) to get a star review. but that was our experience, it is not nice to see all the other (swiss) people who are served and got their coffee, beer, drink and we sit long with empty hands. Perhaps it is time to consider that because of the situation they are exposed to tourism, and customers speak other languages. after 15 minutes we have our beer. had to wait 5-10 minutes to pay for it! but it was a little better.
