So of course we are in Ussel, it's not a big city... read more I really don't understand the positive comments. These are probably the worst pizzas I have eaten in my life. So of course we are in Ussel, it's not a big city but that doesn't excuse everything. The tomato sauce is straight out of the jar, not reworked and has an extremely sour taste of cheap tomato sauce. The dough has absolutely no taste, it is not salty, it breaks strangely like paper, that or it floats frankly it's the same! We were really very disappointed with our visit to Vanni because we thought we were going to find a real pizza maker but as long as the tomato sauce and the dough taste like that, it's impossible for us to go back. Even my pizzas from the pizza stand are better, that’s to say.
