Après quelques recherches nous nous sommes arrêtés sur le château de la Borde,pure découverte et quel découverte Comme quand vous trouvez une perle de culture d... read more Après quelques recherches nous nous sommes arrêtés sur le château de la Borde,pure découverte et quel découverte Comme quand vous trouvez une perle de culture dans une huître, voilà le même effet❤Comment dire ,excellent raffiné élégant un cadre agréable et tout cela avec le sourire, un serveur agréable un service avec le sourire et discret.L épouse du chef adorable souriante disponible tout en étant discrète .le meilleur est là la cuisine du CHEF une explosion de saveurs et dieu sais que nous aimons les restos gastro mais là c'est de la pure gastronomie avec des produits de qualités, par les saveurs les associations de goûts juste sublime il mérite une étoile. Et la touche final du chef la petite dégustation d une boule de glace au Foin .Oui oui au Foin un pur délice . Faite le détour il sont juste extraordinaire

I had organized it for my 80th birthday so it was important and I wanted it to be successful. For the occasion, I would have liked a nice table. This one was set up, directly on the wood, without a tablecloth and with simple paper napkins. The cuisine is quite good, but banal and lacking in originality or inventiveness. For the birthday dessert I had no possible choice. There was just a very average cake that I didn't like at all. There was an effort on the candles! And the arrival of dessert!! The waitress did her job well. In general, the reception remains cold and impersonal. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. Too bad, the Chateau is pleasant, but the downstairs room does not have the cachet of the room on the 1st floor. Vegetarian options: Good food for vegetarians
