most of the top restaurants in the opposite side have tried. we tried. it is very costly with good coming, friendly service. the kitchen tries to get a Michelin star and apart from the somewhat too salty...first dish, the cooking menu can be maintained with some Michelin star restaurants. definitiw recommended! we were eating four, the gans was quite dry and on the part of the service you could have expected more for the desired level. we were all 4 actually disappointed. the dessert was unfortunately also disappointing and the price was not appropriate, actually a pity, because we had heard a lot of good before. We were four at ulla and uwe and were fully satisfied again. the 5 courses menu a delightful. start and finish super tuned and with a matching wein recommended perfectly rounded. we are coming back
All will be fulfilled. top service first class kitchen. we are always warmly welcomed and always eat delicious. everything from the region.A grumpy I say only!!!
We were Easter Sunday to the Easter menu at the esswebers. a firm for all senses, visually every walk a joy that made curious to taste, tastefully a firm, the quality of the ingredients excellent and genuine, good, loving craftsmanship on the teller. it was a real joy from the first to the last bite! all employees were very courteous, relaxed and nice. great Easter Sunday, fair price-performance ratio.
We were here at lunchtime. there is only one restricted card, but it is very good! there is a menu with three courses, but you can also eat only the main course or two courses, but at the cheap price of about 20 euro you can still enjoy the three courses. Today there was soup with bloodworstcroutons - saulecker, then welsfilet - also super and as dessert a lemon cake with fruits and ice - tip! next to the menue there was a spade with a calfscarf, which was also great! the sparsely juicy and the carvings fried on the point and in butter. the ambiente is also very nice, the restaurant is located in a beautiful factory house directly at the market place, the tables are very tastefully decorated and beautifully covered, here you feel equally comfortable. friendly service, which likes to enter on special wishes. a real recommendation in usingen! we will come back!
Last Saturday we had landed in the essweber spontaneously and rather randomly. a super decision as to turn out in the course of the evening. we chose the 4th or 5 walks menu and were thrilled.From the kitchen to dessert was a walk as good as the next.Optical, tasteful and with a lot of love to detail prepared and arranged.Also the service was excellent. at the end of the evening there was also a time to exchange with woman Weber.Hereafter thanks to all for a wonderful evening.We agree. we come back!!!M.Demone
