The food was amazing. My husband says he ate one of the best meals in Peru in this restaurant! I believed something, but I wasn't sure what. After brainstorming with the cook, he made special plates that were delicious. The restaurant is small and definitely a jewel.
First day in Urubamba and didn't know we needed reservations for Huacatay, so we came in here by chance. Now the poor cook was all alone, but it managed to bring out 6 completely different dishes that were fabulous. I notice that not every pasta wants to eat when in the Sacred Valley, but good golly house made pasta is fabulous! Our table had and enjoyed the meat lasagne (w huacatay around the edges!, spinach and cheese ravioli with pesto sauce, noodles w pesto sauce (you might like it, it w a little more basil and garlic, but did the work, fetters w aji de gallina sauce, hamburger (Nizza onions and good cheese, pollen a la plancharies was Chicha morada was made fresh. Worth the visit!
Definitivamente lo máximo, la comida es excelente, especialmente las pastas que merecen ser disfrutadas una y otra vez durante la semana.
Un ambiente acogedor, servicio excelente y platos deliciosos... ingredientes imprescindibles en Vitocho.
