Every time I pick up a meal for the family there is something missing from the order. Won't be going there again last trip they gave us chicken that looks like... read more Every time I pick up a meal for the family there is something missing from the order. Won't be going there again last trip they gave us chicken that looks like it had been half eaten and reheated a couple of times. When we complained the manager didn't care and was quite rude in her manner. Warning stay away.

When I went to the KFC Urangan restaurant and asked... read more The manager, Jack, was very helpful. After making a complaint at KFC Urangan, they gave me a free coleslaw. When I went to the KFC Urangan restaurant and asked for hot and spicy, they said they couldn't help. I called KFC Pialba, and even though they were sold out, Jack said he would put in a fresh batch for me. The service was great, even though it's fast food. They never turned away a customer. Well done.

However, our mega feast box was fre... read more The drive-through signage could be improved, and the staff member who took our order was rather abrupt and not very helpful. However, our mega feast box was freshly cooked and delicious, with all items included - a bonus! Overall, not too bad of an experience at KFC in Hervey Bay.
