China Pearl - Urraween

I checked the opening hours of the restaurant on Tripadvisor. I was concerned after reading some negative reviews, but I had nothing to worry about. The food was just as delicious as always, the service was friendly, and they even gave me a free rice dish. They took the time to explain their gluten-free options when I asked.

I wish I had read all the recent comments before I went here. Poor quality dishes, small quantities and way over-priced. We won’t be back.

Disappointing Meal. A group of 6 friends had a takeaway meal form China Pearl. The food was not up to the usual high standard that we had had in the past in the Restaurant. For the past few months the Restaurant part of this Chinese Restaurant has closed and only takeaways are offered. I think they are short staffed or they cannot find another Cook, not sure. I hope that the Restaurant opens again soon, so we can return to visiting this place for a sit-down meal.

Have been here several times now and have always been a fan of Chinese Cuisine. Have been waiting to be disappointed but every dish is just superb. Friendly service and staff. Will be back.

I went to this restaurant on Mother's Day 2022 and unfortunately, it was a bit hit or miss. The restaurant was very busy, but my review is not specific to that day. I have been a regular customer in the past and have experienced both delicious and bland meals. Sadly, on Mother's Day, the food was tasteless. When the food is good, it's great, but when it's bland, you have to rely on condiments to add flavor. I am tired of the inconsistency and unsatisfying flavors, so I will not be returning to this restaurant.
