We had a fantastic dining experience! We ordered a loaded pizza (without pineapple), gorgonzola gnocchi, and a green salad. The portions were generous, the prices were affordable, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back! Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Dinner Price per Person: $1–20

The atmosphere at Giovanni’s is welcoming and inviting, which enhances the experience of enjoying the pizza. Giovanni himself is a culturally rich individual, genuinely committed and passionate about his craft. You can really taste that dedication in every dish he creates. His manager, Daisy (his lovely wife), along with assistant manager Boko and their friendly staff, always greet me with fantastic service and big smiles. They are open to engaging with customers, making each visit feel special. As local restaurants with genuine cultural values, sincerity, and passion face challenges—especially in our current economy, with rising inflation—it's heartening to see small gems like this still thriving. Considering the overall quality, variety, and generous portions, Giovanni’s pizzas are very affordable, making them perfect for any occasion, big or small. They also offer online delivery through various platforms and allow pre-orders for set times. It’s clear why Giovanni’s has achieved such success, and I genuinely hope he considers franchising his remarkable business.

As for the service, it was a delivery meal, and the overall experience just didn't live up to expectations. I spent between $60 and $80 per person for dinner, which could have been better spent elsewhere.

Absolutely great place. I looove Italian cuisine here. Pizza and pasta here are the best in taste, size and appearance in Hervey Bay. Definitely best. Pizza has so much filling on it, cheese is great and the whole pizza I use for 2 meals because it is so filling. Pasta is also very nice, with wine and a lot of filings too. Choice of food is great as well. In my opinion, it is the best quality-price offer in Italian cuisine in this city.
